Please observe these rules, as our housekeeping staff needs time to prepare for our next guests.
Upon leaving, close the windows, wash dishes and remove all trash.
Leave the keys on the table in the apartment.
- Booking
In order to confirm the booking, we ask for an initial deposit of $200 if the reservation is done more than
one month before arrival. The rest of the payment is due one month before arrival.
If the reservation is done less than one month before arrival, we need a full payment.
- Cancellation
If you cancel your reservation more than one month before the arrival date,
we will refund you the total reservation cost, less a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than one month before arrival date, we will make every reasonable effort to re-rent the property.
If the property is re-rented you will receive a prorated refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
If the property can not be re-rented, no refund will be paid.
- Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed in the property.
- NO Smoking
Smoking is not allowed. Any violation of this rule will incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Keys
A set of two keys is provided. These keys are used to open the appartment and open all doors in the building (parking, pool).
A loss of a key will incur a $30 replacement fee.
- Prices
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
- Damages
Please report any damage, so the matter can be settled before departure.
Damages or articles missing found by inspection crews upon departure will be billed and collected via credit card.
- Responsibility
We are not responsible for any accidents or injury to guests or loss of money or valuables of any kind.
